i made something and tryed to let the center of the person follow an arc but then i notice i was following the arc
and was messing up the body porportions
:(
ill redo it later -_-
any advice

best advice I can give you is to animate each part individually. That way you're concentrating on that body part alone and won't have to worry about the proportions of the other parts at the time. Also if you animate pose to pose, it can make it easier to contain the same size through out the animation.

I don't have that problem when I key frame, I'd just say look at your keys more closely.
