Right, so... to continue the minute comment on messenger:
This animation is definitely nice in the posing department, but he moves with a sense of stiffness and roboticness. I kow that you want a realistic look, so I shall suggest not copypasting the movement in which his leg snaps outward and snaps back. Even though the same movements are made, humans aren't so perfect that they look exactly identical to the pose that they assumed before. Machines can do such a thing. It is human nature to have this inability. Re-animating it with fresh frames gets rid of the machine-problem. It may also need a little easing.
...just so you know, Tom was actually aiming for the particular motion that he showed. (snap kick, withdrawal)

Eh, it was a good excuse to animate. And I wanted to know how I'd animate it. Plus, isn't any criticism coming from someone's map of how they'd animate the said object? It's based off of their judgment, after all.
to tom it snaped nicely but its robotic as they said

Not all the time. If Hiroyuki Okiura, a fluidity and realism specialist, were to critique Hiroyuki Imaishi (a specialist of extremely exaggerated posing and triple-framing)'s animation, he'd have to change gears in animation stance/mentality in order to give him the critique he needs to create the animation he wants. If Okiura were to draw from his map of how he'd animate, he'd be all "make it more fluid. Add inbetweens." Imaishi would be like " "

Thanks for all the comments guys, I wont be editing this kick, but I will use all the advice for my future animations!
I like the idea of shadow animation, edyrem! Time to turn these shadow anims into full blown tutorials!

I dislike being meticulous when it comes to win-posts, but, as close as you were, the accuracy is off a bit. I use the animation exaggeration, but nowhere near Hiroyuki Imaishi. He is on the next fucking level with that shit. My style is like Mitsuo Iso and Norio Matsumoto thrown into a stew... soon I will branch and be distinguishable, like Mr. Nakamura.

Yikes! All the Pantene in the world isn't going to remedy this splitting of the hairs!
Impressive amount of insight on the animator's styles, though. Someone's been doing mass analysis.

well the color choice was nice just a tad bit pink than needed also i think its alright better than i could do thought arm movements were choppy which downsized on the well drawn hands but it was nice over all as long as you follow the other advise people gave you you will improve perhaps you can give me tips on how you did those hands so well? maybe even have an Iscribble session with me?

I agree with the "too pink" thing.. just was too lazy to pick/ edit the color later on.
Also, the hands arent all that great, actually.. but if you want I can show you how I drew them?
you can always add me on msn or something
My msn can be found here on psuda

I applaud your accomplishment of drawing a cleaned animation for the first time! (AFAIK) And I appreciate the unglamorous face. It's not 'pretty,' it's just normal-looking, which I liked.
The foot anatomy was also a step forward, in my opinion. The hands were a respectable effort but their limited angles showed that you're still uncomfortable with their anatomy, and I implore you to begin looking at pictures of hands and sketching them, with the use of wire wrapping, as I'll call it. And by wire wrapping, I mean expressing the 3D measurements of something by dressing it in lines.
So that you don't feel alone, I just did one too.
Spoiler:
It doesn't have to be perfect, you just have to give it your best (I mean going the extra mile in being anatomically sensitive with your lines; that's how you train!) - oh, and there's no real rules on what direction your lines go or how to draw them; don't follow any form if you don't want to.
