Spining kick and combo

I have always been animating straight-forward. But i have seen that combination of straight forward and pose to pose is much better. So i tried it out:

But i still have problem guessing the timing and setting the keys.
I need some help in that field and also CnC these animations

They're good to start out with, but here's some things I noticed:

1) your first animation moves at a constant pace, there's no change in the speed/ timing of the movements, which makes it look really really boring and it shows a lack of force.

2) in your second animation this is slightly less obvious, also, the right leg suddenly becomes the left leg, change that.

the secret donot is make 100 frames in a second, is make weight and speed with the poses and movements

Agreed, Take your time while animating movements.
Don't accept movements if you don't like them, just because you want to have a longer animation.
Qaulity over quantity, for sure.
