Now the arms suck and the hair is weird,could you tell me what is wrong besides this? I guess the neck is a lil' bit to fat? C&C plz.

well i personally am not so good with art and drawing but i think you should make it look like he has muscles if you know what i mean. Take a look at anatomy and look at how people are shaped. Try and draw alot of these you'll get better later on. (I believe that's what other people would say)
