Forums merged. Art posting here is gonna change.

So the staff has noticed a growing issue of art threads not having much continuity. Everything sparsely distributed everywhere. This is a real creative killer - not neat. So we're changing that.

Our course of action?
We have merged the Art and Animation forums into a pure Art forum for just about any creative outlet.

How this new forum structure will work?
This forum will strictly follow a blog format, meaning you dedicate one thread to anything that belongs to you, and that's it.

How to use this forum?
You will simply create a thread entitled after you, or whatever you updated with, or whatever you want to name it, really. In this thread you will be allowed to post any artwork you made and keep a log of your progress.

The point of all this?
People can keep tabs on you as a complete artist, rather than on your 'art' or your 'animation'. In fact, you really are welcome to post anything artistic you've been doing, be it drawing related, or 3D, sculpting, writing, or pretty much anything, really. Surprise us.

And all the locked threads?
Well, we sure as hell don't want to delete these old threads, but we don't want to bump them either - they're in the past and out of the way and we're starting fresh. All your new posts will be made on your log rather than a random new thread that you have to make.

PLEASE NOTICE: If you want to use one of your old threads for a log, PM a staff member about it.

In other news, we also merged Humor Hut with General Chat, because, I mean, it was really just unnecessary separation like with the art forums. And now General Chat is bigger and badder, no longer restricted from humor.

Category/forum names have also been changed:
"Art & Animation" changed to "Artistry"
"Artistic Help and Discussion" changed to "Seminar"

And Team Play has been merged with Seminar.

Gone are the days of inconvenient forum structure! Nothing like a good cleanup.
