Be specific about the problem. I have no idea what it is. You gave us a bunch of unclear lines and whatnot. It also appears as if your English isn't good enough to describe your problem in detail. Maybe you should take the problem to a place in which they speak your native language and know how to fix the problem.

If I assume this is a serious question:
are you able to click the buttons on your desktop? have you rebooted the pc already? have you checked what background you are using ? Press F11, what happens then?
