You need a few frames before the punch and a few frames after the punch to make it look smooth also maybe more easeing would help aswell

Very big head. Would probably have some mass in it, yeah?
Would probably be a little more reluctant to move so lightly with the body, perhaps.
Would probably have a lot of inertia.
Don't be afraid to animate the head being dragged a little bit, and wobbling a little at the end.

your being a little harsh, i think he should take it in as small steps if you throw to much at him itll fuck up his mojo

...yeah, I think that you should add many more frames to the wind up and the aftermath of the punch. Ease into and out of it.

umm in your defence someone arount the age 14-15's head would be about that size if they were really skinny, this person isnt that skinny tho also for adults the person is about 7 heads 6 1/2 heads tall
*edit, after looking at it agian, thats like space alien sized head ...nvm
