Apparantly nobody has commented on this animation of yours.
Let me start out by saying you really need to work on your drawing skills.
Secondly, this animation needs more frames, the movement doesnt look right and it moves way too fast. always check to see if this is how an actual human being would move before you animate it.
Don't accept your animation to be complete too quickly.
