i know i'm not good a drawing but humor me here.

I'm going to be honest with you, I'm a little underwhelmed.

I actually like what you've done with the sweatshirt wrinkles around the armpit area. My having the wrinkles that low, you're showing that the sleeves are big in girth and that the sweatshirt is also big and baggy.

Why don't you show us a pic that tells us what skill level you want to attain in the near future?

You're still relatively young, so there's plenty of time to polish your skills.
Definitely focus on drawing more, just open up flash, create a bunch of empty key frames and draw till you can't hold your pen up anymore!
Use references and don't slack off, don't accept flaws if they're just obvious.
CTRL-Z is a ueful shortcut. use it.

Your head shape is kinda squashed, but your anatomy is alright-ish aside from the head. your better at drawing clothes than i am. NOW GO ANIMATE HIM! it doesnt matter how bad you think it turns out, keep going!
