used a stickfigureish skeleton http://www.truploader.com/view/307848 cuz i knew if i drew the all out fullbody id take forever and i wanted to animated quickly without rushing keyframed but not consistent

That's outrageously smooth.
However, the punch needs less frames and the anticipation needs more.

You did a fantastic job making it fluid! The timing and line consistency are okay, but the gesture wasn't realistic. The motion's fluidity was very realistic, but not the directions he moved and the choice of keys you used.

yeah im new to keying and im just glad the easing looked right but now i know about the things i need to work on thanks guys

you sure did master easing. But easing is one-dimensional... you need to understand gestures and timing, and anticipation, to flesh the easing out.
