Tom, too stylized? Oh. It shan't matter once we pop that logo in front of 'em after enough instances of awesomeness. For example, is the Fairy Tail insignia, the insignia for the protagonistic guild in the series: Fairy Tail. It looks pretty much the same style as 4. That's didn't detract fromits iconic properties. After seeing it alongside the action, I permanently associate it with Fairy Tail.

| You're right, actually... some logos are surprisingly intricate. Also I could've sworn that was just you drawing your own version of the brush lmao Is that some kind of bird? | |

| It's some kind of Fairy with a tail. "Fairy Tail" is modeled after the age-old question in that universe (perhaps something akin to a folk rhyme or something, or a question as common as why the sky is blue), "Do fairies have tails?" The guild named themselves Fairy Tail to signify the sense of mystery and adventure that is the world; the question itself cannot be answered as no one has seen a fairy. | |

| Very nice analysis, but I have to remark on the sheer fiction of fairies; it's not that nobody knows what fairies look like EXACTLY, it's that nobody has an exact idea what they AGREE on concerning the mythical creature's appearance. Fairies do and don't have tails. It's like if Naruto had many adaptations, one with him in green and not orange, or one with him being a very violent person, not silly, etc. and no version is canon. Such is the essence of folk lore and mythology. | |

| I didn't make myself clear enough. When I said "in that universe", I mean that in the world of the series of Fairy Tail, no one has seen a Fairy and thus do not know whether they have tails, which is why the question is part of their culture. | |

| Well, you made a valid point, Hitorio, but I'm assuming people like to draw the things they like. easier on the eye = easier to remember = easier to draw = easier to get more people to know about psuda. | |

The bolded is true, but it doesn't correlate with it being easier to get more people to know about Psuda. If you mean the fact that an easily reproducable logo will make it more widespread, I don't find that to be neccesarily true. Also, why would people typically draw the logo? -We do it and slap it onto one of our creations -Someone else likes us and decides to harbor our insignia in their signature or something -Someone drawing our mascot and decides to apply the symbol I don't really see where making a simpler insignia would noticably help any of these purposes. If you're talking about the manner in which people remember us, our insignia will be remembered as well, as mentioned with the Fairy Tail example. They could remember us as a circle or as Moh's #4. Either way, the association will be made, then come into play when they see the insignia separately.

| Actually, I agree with Hitorio about this, Tom, although I personally like logo #1 best.
But yeah, as he said, we actually could have the most complex logo and it'll still be recognized all the same. Sure, it would be tougher to draw, but how often would people do that?

| hm, I have switched my opinion to either nr 1 or nr 4. the ear is interesting but the funky design is as well. also, we can use those 2 on the chest of the character, the other options aren't suitable for that.. | |

| I agree with you, but you find 4 suitable for the chest? It seems a little complex. | |

| The logo can be separate from the character design, we can just have the ear-thingy on his chest and the fancy logo type ( number 4 ) in the Actual Psuda logo. | |

| I have completed the task of creating the proportional letters. All that's left is to really nail the texture down (you're looking at a bunch of different brush shapes layered on each other, by the way) and constructing the crest that goes on the corner. I'm not sure this should be the very final draft... I'd say it needs some more touching up. But I can proudly tell you that each letter is almost 100% even and proportional to the rest. How does it look to you guys? See the nice thing about them being proportional to each other is that you can simply free transform the entire thing and stretch it any way you want, and everything will be in the right place. Anyone want the plain version to play with? | |

| I mad this, it's kinda ugly sense it's all basically grey but I'm pretty limited to lines and stuf in photoshop so it's all brush strokes. |

| I think we already decided on the design, bro. The only thing left is to get the right texture for it. | |

| Ah, okay.. well as far as I'm concerned, we shouldn't be discussing a new logo. The logo Edyrem posted has been talked about for quite a while now and has had plenty of time to be finalized. Putting up a new logo will only delay the entire process, we'd have to start all over again while the logo we've been designining so far that Edyrem posted is good.

| Delay the entire process? That's a joke, it's took us about 3 months just to make a banner. |

| May be, but seeing as how Psuda will probably undergo a few changes soon, we'll have to get stuff like this done before those other changes occur. | |

| Yes and no, if the thing Edyrem mentioned will pull through, this site will change, soon. The extra features, ofcourse, will take longer.
This shouldn't stop us to change stuff soon, though!
