Wow, reading through this last page was a bit... daunting.

Anyway, sorry I posted introduction elsewhere, didn't really pay attention, was too excited to jump right in.

I'm Clockwork Temptress. You can call me Shi. <3
I'm interested in animation, and I want to go to college for it. It's not only more fun that stand alone art, because it takes longer, but there is a bigger demand for animators these days than there is for just straight art.
I started art in 2007, and I've improved greatly, but I know I still have a lot of room to grow, as do all artists, no matter what the skill. Other art to me is very inspiring, whether it makes me strive to be better than that, or to be as good, either way it's inspiring, and I hope that this site can help me help myself get to the point I want to be.

Welcome, again, to the forum. You're right, there is a demand for animators; but there are hordes upon hordes of shitty animators demanding the demand! Will you rise above the ranks and become the blade of grass in a dirt field? I believe you have the potential. You must begin posting art you made so we can lick it all up like animals, because we find art tasty as fuck.

If you've had only 3 years of practice, I'll go easy on the critiques.

On one last note, what did you find daunting about the last page? It's very important that you elaborate on this for me.

well, since i didn't do this before i guess i should? most of the time on the internet i just roll with spiffy. i haven't been animating very long and tend to make rather horrible animations when i do. i've only started drawing seriously a few years ago, but i barely seem to have progressed as i don't draw anywhere near as much as i should. i'm changing that, though.

i'm a little slow and ignorant, but please, feel free to rip me apart in critiques.

You should iscribble with us if you want to really have a healthy appetite for drawing. In the last few days of mass iscribbling, I got more experience than I did in the last several months.

I feel more skilled with anime faces too, now.

Your art's really cool, you have nice shading. your anatomy skills are a little weak, but I see in your favorites that your inspiration is very cartoony, so I see how you don't have a lot of experience in anatomy.

I remember that you are leozero from Fluidanims with the formerly-overpowered RHG. I remembered as soon as I saw your oldest piece of art.
