Yeah, like, all your animations pretty much have that weird body shape.
Your anatomy skills are just very week at the moment and it's something you most certainly will want to practice on.

Start drawing gestures.
By that I just mean bodies , like they're real bodies. Please try your best, do it often, you'll grow more and more, and you'll have to keep doing it because once you start growing you can't stop, son, YOU CAN'T STOP.

For the roundhouse kick i kind off did my friend did that trick for me like 3-4 times and then i tried to remember it all and thats how i did it.

It's a mix of both. No matter how much I stay off them though, I can't get the muscle to go away. :/

It's pretty damn annoying since I almost never apply my martial arts. But yeah, I saw your previous post. I can make and upload any references people need about most moves. I can also do alot with my bo staff
